At almost nine hundred acres, including the legendary Arnold Palmer and George Fazio championship golf courses, the resort is a destination for golfers, surfers, and pleasure-seekers from across the globe. The resort recently revealed a new plan to construct 3,500 new hotel and condominium units, new beach access points, more public parks, and major upgrades to roads within and around the resort property, including Marconi Road.
